(01)The challenge

Technicians were closing jobs on paper and phone calls, so dispatchers learned about delays too late and reports arrived days after the visit.

Fieldline needed tools that work with gloves on, in basements without signal, and give the office a live picture of the day.

(02)Our approach

We designed and built the technician app for iOS and Android with 64-pixel touch targets, high-contrast screens and an offline queue that syncs on its own, plus a web dashboard with a live map, a schedule for every van and SLA alerts. A job closes in five steps: photos, parts, signature, report, sync.
