(01)The challenge

Off-plan buyers ask their questions late at night, often from abroad, and expect an exact answer: which units are free, what the payment plan is, when they can visit.

Marsa Gardens needed an assistant that never invents a price or a promise and knows exactly when to step aside for the sales team.

(02)Our approach

Sakan answers only from approved sources — live inventory, the price list, the sales calendar, brochures and an approved FAQ — and shows where each answer came from. It walks a buyer through a 20/50/30 payment plan to the dirham and books a viewing in the same chat. Discounts, legal questions and high-intent leads go to an advisor with a summary and a lead score. Arabic is designed first, not translated, with mirrored bubbles, cards and timelines.
