Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services provided by VOYARX LLC (“VOYARX”, “we”), a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States.

1. This website

All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics, images and case studies — belongs to VOYARX or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Projects marked “Showcase concept” are design studies for fictional brands, created to show how we work; they are not work for real clients. Information on this website is provided for general guidance and may change.

2. Quotes and agreements

Every engagement starts with a written quote or proposal. When you accept it — by signing it, confirming it in writing or paying the deposit — it forms a contract between you and VOYARX on these terms. If we also sign a service agreement with you, that agreement takes priority wherever it differs from these terms.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in the currency shown on your quote. Taxes are added where they apply.
• Our standard schedule is a 50% deposit to start and 50% on delivery; larger projects may use milestones, and monthly services are invoiced in advance.
• Invoices are payable within the period stated on them. You can pay by card through our secure payment provider or by bank transfer.
• We may pause work while an invoice is overdue, and timelines move by the length of the pause.

4. Working together

We deliver the work described in your quote with professional care. You provide the content, access, feedback and approvals we need on time, and you confirm that you have the right to use any material you give us. Each quote states the number of revision rounds included; additional changes are quoted separately.

5. Review and acceptance

You have the review period stated in your quote (five business days if none is stated) to check each deliverable. If we do not hear from you within that period, the deliverable is treated as approved.

6. Ownership

When you have paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables made for you passes to you. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates and know-how, and grant you a permanent licence to use them as part of the deliverables. Third-party materials (such as fonts, stock media and software) remain under their own licences. We may show the work in our portfolio unless we have agreed to keep it confidential.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your confidential information private and use it only to provide our services. You do the same with ours.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, refunds and delivery are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the services the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

Each service agreement states the law that governs it. Otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
