Sahab Tower
A bilingual identity for a 46-storey residential tower in north Riyadh — dawn sand, haze blue and brass, a pattern drawn from its floor plates, and a sales suite that sells the view.

(01)The challenge
North Riyadh’s new towers all promise luxury in the same gold-on-black.
Sahab wanted buyers to remember one thing — living above the city, in morning light — and needed an identity as calm in Arabic as in English, from hoarding to brochure.
(02)Our approach
We drew a bilingual wordmark balanced across Arabic and Latin, with an English, an Arabic and a mono version and a brass hot-foil for print. The palette moves through the day — dawn sand, haze blue, dusk mauve and night — with brass as the only accent. A pattern nests the tower’s floor plates from level 4 to 46, and the residence brochure, photography direction and floor-plan pages carry it through.
