(01)The challenge
Padel took off in Riyadh faster than the tools behind it.
Booking a 9 pm court meant calling clubs one by one, collecting money from three friends and hoping the court was really free. Malaab needed a product for players and a system for the clubs, in a brand that holds up under floodlights.
(02)Our approach
Players pick a time, not a club: the app searches all 64 courts, shows a live court map and splits the SAR 320 booking into four SAR 80 shares paid by link. Leagues, result entry and coach booking keep people coming back. Managers see every court, hour and riyal across the four clubs on one operations screen. A design system of 142 components in light and dark, left-to-right and right-to-left, and a refreshed brand carry it from app icon to court signage.
