VOYARX

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information VOYARX LLC (“VOYARX”, “we”) collects through this website and our services, how we use it and the choices you have. We do not sell personal information.

1. Who we are

VOYARX LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States · 1209 Mountain Road Pl Ne, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, US · hello@voyarx.com.

2. What we collect

  • What you send us: your name, email, phone number, company and project details when you fill in a form, start a chat, subscribe to our newsletter or email us, and any files you share.
  • Usage information: the pages you visit, your device and browser type, the website that referred you and your approximate country, which we work out from your IP address or, when that is not possible, from your device’s time zone. We store IP addresses only in a scrambled (hashed) form.
  • Session recordings — only with your consent: anonymised recordings of how pages are used — mouse movements, clicks, scrolling and page changes — stored on our own servers. Anything you type into a form or the chat is never recorded.
  • Payments: when you pay online, your card details are entered on and processed by our payment provider. We receive only confirmation of the payment, the amount and limited card information such as the card brand and last four digits.

3. How we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver our services, send invoices and receive payments; to send our newsletter if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time); to keep the website secure and prevent fraud; to improve the website; and to meet our legal obligations.

4. Our chat assistant

Chats on this website may first be answered by an AI assistant. Your messages are processed by an AI service provider to generate replies, and a member of our team can join the conversation at any time. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

5. Legal bases

Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on your consent (for example, for session recordings and the newsletter), on the steps needed to enter into or carry out a contract with you, on our legitimate interest in running and securing our business, and on legal obligations.

6. Who we share it with

Only with providers who help us run our business — website hosting, email, payment processing, AI services and professional advisers — under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms, and with authorities where the law requires it.

7. International transfers

We work with clients in many countries, so your information may be processed outside your own country, including in the United States and the European Union. We use providers that protect it with appropriate safeguards.

8. Cookies

We use cookies that the website needs to work: to keep you signed in to a chat, protect forms, and remember your language, region, currency and consent choice. Analytics recordings run only after you agree, and you can change your choice at any time. We do not use advertising cookies.

9. How long we keep it

Enquiries and chats are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client. Client and invoice records are kept as long as the law requires. Session recordings are deleted automatically after a short period (30 days by default).

10. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, receive a copy of it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@voyarx.com — we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

11. Children

This website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown below.
